Today Maria Simona brings you a simple and delicious recipe for this frozen dessert. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients <\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g Turr\u00f3n (Spanish nougat)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml liquid cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 egg whites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candied cherries or slivered almonds for decoration (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions  <\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a blender or with a pestle, grind the Turr\u00f3n to a fine powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, whip the cream with the 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the vanilla extract and Turr\u00f3n powder to the whipped cream. Mix gently to incorporate ingredients. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to beat until you obtain a meringue consistency. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently fold the egg whites into the Turr\u00f3n mixture. Use a spatula, moving up and down to prevent the foam from falling back. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the mixture into individual molds or a large container.
