Introduzca en el congelador. <\/li><li>Prepare un alm\u00edbar ligero con el agua y el az\u00facar.<\/li><li>Bata las yemas con el alm\u00edbar templado en una batidora.<\/li><li>Diluya el turr\u00f3n de Jijona en las dos cucharadas soperas de vino. Bata la nata. Bata las claras a punto de nieve.  <\/li><li>Mezcle cuidadosamente y en este mismo orden, todas las preparaciones.<\/li><li>Espolvoree el molde para souffl\u00e9 con una parte del turr\u00f3n de Alicante.
