Maria Simona vi propone oggi una ricetta semplice e deliziosa di questo dessert gelato. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredienti <\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g di Turr\u00f3n (torrone spagnolo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml di panna liquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucchiai di zucchero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 albumi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g di zucchero a velo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ciliegie candite o mandorle a lamelle per la decorazione (facoltativo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istruzioni <\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In un frullatore o con l&#8217;aiuto di un pestello, riducete il Turr\u00f3n in polvere fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In una ciotola, montate la panna liquida con i 3 cucchiai di zucchero fino ad ottenere una consistenza soda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aggiungete l&#8217;estratto di vaniglia e la polvere di Turr\u00f3n alla panna montata. Mescolate delicatamente per incorporare bene gli ingredienti. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In un&#8217;altra ciotola, montate gli albumi a neve ferma. Aggiungete gradualmente lo zucchero a velo continuando a sbattere fino ad ottenere una consistenza da meringa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporate delicatamente gli albumi montati a neve alla preparazione al Turr\u00f3n. Usate una spatola ed eseguite movimenti dal basso verso l&#8217;alto per non far smontare la mousse. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versate il composto in stampini individuali o in un grande contenitore.
