Turron Discovery Pack (6+1)

The Turron de Jijona is a soft Turron made of almond powder. It is light brown, has a soft texture and crumbles very easily. It is a delicious mixture of roasted almonds, sugar, egg white and honey.

The Turron d’Alicante is known as a hard Turron because of its crunchy texture due to the unique roasting of the almonds and the mixture of honey and egg white. This is a classic!

The guirlache is a typical traditional Spanish delicacy prepared with almonds and solidified caramel. A crunchy texture of almonds and caramel that melts in your mouth. A real success for the gourmets of the house.

Turron with toasted egg yolk, made from ground almonds and egg yolk. Its color, aroma and flavor are those of the egg yolk that participates in the elaboration, carefully associated with the almond.

The Turron with cream and walnuts is one of those specialties that everyone loves. With a very mild flavor, it is sweetened just enough because the bitterness of the nuts is opposed to the sugar and almonds. One of the most traditional flavors that have been made for decades.

Keep it fresh ! Once opened, store in a cool, dry, dark and odour-free place, either in its original packaging or wrapped in foil or film and then in an airtight container. It is a common mistake to keep nougat in the fridge, which only spoils its organoleptic properties as well as its aroma and texture.
