Turron Mou de Jijona Maria Simona

Shelf life:
9 months minimum. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture. Once opened, it should be kept in the refrigerator because it begins to lose its organoleptic qualities; the one from Jijona dries a little.

Ingredients:
Roasted almonds 64%, honey 12%, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white and emulsifier: (E-471). May contain traces of peanuts, sesame and hazelnuts.

Turron Hard of Alicante Maria Simona

Shelf life:
9 months minimum. Once opened, it should be stored in a dry place.

Ingredients:
Roasted almonds 60%, sugar, glucose syrup, honey 12%, wafer coating (potato starch and sunflower oil) and egg white. May contain traces of peanuts, sesame and hazelnuts.

Maria Simona’s turron is made according to the traditional recipe and therefore we only use top quality Spanish ingredients.

Finally, our turron has a designation of origin and is protected by the Regulatory Council of Jijona.
