Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Maria Simona and its customers in connection with the sale of turrons and Spanish gourmet products.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Maria Simona reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price displayed on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Article 3 - Order
Any order placed on the mariasimona.com website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and Maria Simona. Validation of the order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card via our secure platform. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Article 5 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during their order. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. In case of delivery delay, the customer may contact our customer service.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
