Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receipt to return a product to us. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Please contact us at contacto@mariasimona.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund within 5 business days.
Please take photos of the damaged package and products and send them to us. We will send you a new order or issue a full refund.
