What are the delivery times?
For metropolitan France, please allow 2-3 business days. For Europe, 3-5 business days. For the rest of the world, 5-10 business days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We assume all transportation risks. In case of any issue, we will issue a full refund.
How to track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order in real-time.
Is urgent delivery possible?

What is the shelf life of the turrons?
Our turrons can be stored for a minimum of 6 months at room temperature, in their original packaging, away from heat and humidity.
Do your products contain gluten?
No, all our turrons are guaranteed gluten-free and palm oil-free.
Do you offer sugar-free turrons?
Yes, we have a complete range of turrons with no added sugar, perfect for diabetics or those monitoring their sugar intake.
Where do your ingredients come from?
All our ingredients are 100% Spanish. Our turrons are certified IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Jijona.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return a product to us. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
How to get a refund?
Please contact us at contacto@mariasimona.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund within 5 business days.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the damaged package and products and send them to us. We will send you a new order or issue a full refund.
