Fruit Carpaccio with Turrón

Ingredients:

– Melon

– Watermelon

– Mango

– Black plum

– Strawberries

– Wild strawberries

– Kiwi

– Orange

– Pineapple

– Vine peach

– 200 g of Jijona turron

Preparation:

Cut all the fruits uniformly, about 2 mm thick. Arrange them on a plate, combining the different colors.

Cover with syrup (1/2 liter of water for 1/2 kg of sugar) and sprinkle with crumbled turron.
