We deliver our products worldwide. We assume all risks associated with the transportation of your order. In the event of damage, please contact us and we will refund the full amount of your purchase, as well as the shipping costs in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

Delivery in France and Europe by Colissimo takes approximately 5 to 8 working days after order confirmation; Outside Europe, we ship with transport and logistics companies. It therefore takes between 10 and 20 working days; These times are given as an indication and no compensation may be claimed from Maria Simona in the event of a delay in delivery;
Our return policy is simple: we accept the return of all new items within 15 days. All returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, i.e. products that have been opened to more than 15% of their initial total weight.
