Shipping & returns

Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the parcel for all orders to be delivered in mainland France, Europe and the rest of the world.

Once payment has been verified, your order will be processed immediately by Turrones Maria Simona. Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice within an average of 3 to 5 days of confirmation. We use the service of La Poste (Colissimo or Colissimo International).

Orders placed before 9am can be delivered within 48 hours by calling us on (+33) 09 51 76 13 60. Consult us for delivery rates by e-mail or telephone. We use DHL Express International or Chronopost International as our express delivery service.

We deliver our products worldwide

All you have to do is place your order using our secure form. Turrones Maria Simona guarantees the reliability of our commercial offer and the security of our Turrones Maria Simona website.

We take all risks associated with transport

In the event of damage, please contact our customer service department and we will refund the full amount of your purchase (including transport costs) in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. However, we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the product due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

We can deliver within 48 hours anywhere in Europe

Delivery locations and times

Delivery in the countries concerned will be made by Colissimo in France (maximum 5 days) and in Europe within approximately 5 to 10 working days after confirmation of the order. Outside Europe, we ship with transport and logistics companies (allow between 8 and 20 working days).

These times are given as an indication. Turrones Maria Simona cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. If the recipient is absent when the parcel is delivered, Turrones Maria Simona cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products, or for their not being collected by the recipient.

Refund and replacement

Our customers undertake to comply strictly with the storage conditions of the products, as well as the use-by date indicated on the packaging. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the number and condition of the products at the time of receipt. In the event of non-conforming delivery, a complaint must be made in writing to Turrones Maria Simona within 24 hours of delivery.
