Not convinced? Taste not to your liking? Don’t worry: you have 15 days to return the product, whatever the reason.

Return conditions are simple:

• Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt.

• Product in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Product untouched by more than 15% of its initial weight.

How to turn a turrón?

Send your return via La Poste only, to the following address:

• A nice little note telling us:
  – if you prefer a refund (by cheque or voucher)
  – or an exchange (another turrón to discover? 😋)

Please note:

• No returns via Relais Colis or postage due will be accepted.
• If you don’t specify your preference, we’ll send you a discount code by e-mail.

Return and forwarding charges:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The exchange is shipped free of charge to Metropolitan France.

Outside France (DOM-TOM or international), reshipment costs are at your expense.

Repayment terms?

Once we have received your package, we will process your request within 5 working days:

Very damaged parcel on receipt? Refuse it with the deliveryman or make a reservation.

The voucher is sent by email within 3 days.

The cheque is sent to your home address (average delay: 7 days).

Don’t worry:

We’ll refund or exchange the damaged or faulty item, no questions asked.

Remember to photograph the damage and keep the packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem. If our team confirms the defect, we will proceed with an immediate replacement or refund.
