Fruit carpaccio with turrón

Carpaccio de frutas al turrón

Ingredients:

  • Melon.
  • Watermelon.
  • Mango.
  • Black plum.
  • Strawberries.
  • Strawberry, wild.
  • Kiwi.
  • Orange.
  • Peach vine.

Preparation:

  • Cut all the fruit evenly, about 2 mm thick. Arrange on a dish, combining the different colours.
  • Cover with syrup (1/2 litre of water for ½ kg of sugar) and sprinkle with crumbled turrón.
