A quick, simple, and super tasty recipe for crepes stuffed with Turron and fruits!
Ingredients
For the crepes :
- 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
1 cup of milk - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- A pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 200g of Turron with Crema Catalana flavor, crumbled
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and diced into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well

Incorporate the liquid mixture into the dry mixture while stirring until you have a smooth crepe batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat Lightly grease the skillet with a bit of butter

Pour a small ladleful of crepe batter into the hot skillet and spread it out to form a thin crepe. Cook on both sides until it’s golden Repeat this step for each crepe

In a small saucepan, heat the diced pears with honey over low heat until they are tender and caramelized.

Once the crepes are ready, fill them with the crumbled Turron with Crema Catalana flavor and the caramelized pears

Fold the crepes into a half-moon shape to enclose the filling

Serve immediately, sprinkling a little powdered sugar on top if desired
